MedUltra Comfort Stretchers come with Nymed healthcare nylon cover accompanied with our Multi-layered, Ultra Comfort, Medical grade, High resiliency, Urethane foam. The removable cover is fluid proof, Anti-bacterial, Anti-fungal, Stain resistant and comes with a protective fluid flap over the Heavy-duty zipper located under the mattress to insure no fluid contamination.

• Replacement stretcher and gurney pads can be customized to any specifications to fit any stretcher or gurney

• Three (3) layers of high density, high resilient, medical grade urethane foam combine for unparalleled support and stability

• Non-skid bottom includes velcro straps to ensure the pad will always stay securely in place

• FPZG™ (Fluid Protection Zipper Guard) protects against fluid contamination
