This adapter kit comes equipped with two fit test adapters, the 3M Scott Model AV-632 is a quarter turn adapter (Note: this adapter does not have any external or internal connection ports used for quantitative fit testing with the TSI PortaCount™ Respirator Fit Tester) so that all the 3M Scott AV-3000 SureSeal and AV-3000 HT full face pieces can be used in the negative pressure mode as an air-purifying respirator with 3M cartridges or, filters. Attaching the 3M Model 601 fit test adapter (i.e., with the twin tube port on the outside and the port on the inside to place a tube to sample from the breathing zone of the respirator) to the 3M Scott Model AV-632 fit test adapter and a set of P100 filters on the terminal end of this adapter, lets you perform a quantitative fit test with the TSI PortaCount™ Respirator Fit Tester.
