Damages/issues that may not be able to be repaired using the aftermarket flat rate option are:
- Software stuck on load up screen "Red Software Error"
- “Motor Due for Service” Error
- Main Board Replacement
For these issues, support can only be provided through the OEM repair option and if the unit has a serial number greater than 1093160. Older units w/ serials less than 1093160 may not be able to be supported if damages/issues fall outside of those listed on aftermarket repair options as the OEM has discontinued support for these units.
