The Fan Filter is used in AC/DC axial fans for the removal of dust and contaminating particles and has a quick and simple installation. The filter is integrated in to a unique fan filter package consisting of a foam filter media, adhesive strip and adhesive. The fan filter material is polyester urethane which offers low pressure drop, fire resistance, and the ability to capture large amounts of airborne dust in enclosure applications. It is a lightweight air filter that has a very high filtration efficiency. It also has excellent chemical and thermal resistance properties, which makes it well suited for many medical applications. The open cell structure and porosity of reticulated foam allow liquids and gases to pass through while still catching larger particles and contaminants, making it ideal for use as a filter material.
