This transformer harness is used for lighting the halogen lamp. The kit includes an electronic transformer, wires size 18 AWG, choke, socket, terminal, diode, a rigid circuit board, filter, a heat shrink tube and fasteners. The printed circuit board (PCB) includes a TVS diode and an inductor choke used for circuit stability. A ferrite core is included to prevent electromagnetic and radio frequency interference (EMI/RFI), which can otherwise cause problems. This 230VAC halogen transformer harness can be used with GE's Panda™ and Giraffe™ warmers to power halogen lamps.
