The Weld Bottom Clip Cam Assembly or bottom cover of the CAM 14 consists of the bottom cover and a belt clip. The belt clip is connected with the bottom cover by applying a specific amount of pressure. This cover is assembled to the top assembly with the help of locking mechanism provided in the cover. The cover and belt are made up of Bayblend® FR3010 material. Bayblend® is a mixture of polycarbonate and ABS material. This material is a flame-retardant also has increased temperature resistance. The unique material composition offers improved chemical resistance and stress cracking behavior, thus makes this cover suitable to protect the CAM 14 assembly from cracking or any other damage. The belt has a space for label placement which has information about the part number for easy identification.
