The Roller Upgrade with Conductive Wheels Kit is used with Maternal Infant Care (MIC) machines like incubators, warmers and other medical diagnostic devices. It is used for replacing the old model caster wheels with the upgraded model. The kit consists of two casters which are fixed conductive wheels, two casters which are swivel conductive wheels and the instruction manual that has the procedure for the wheel replacement. The wheels, wheel shaft and all the loose items are removed from the trolley using an Allen wrench. While installing the new casters, the swivel casters will be installed on the front side of the trolley or cart and the fixed casters will come at the backside. After installation, set the trolley upright and push to check for proper alignment and free movement of the casters. The casters are made up of high quality material that has good mechanical properties and withstands a wide range of temperatures and pressures. This kit is widely used in machines such as iRes Panda™ Warmer and MAC 5000, among others.
