The PCB kit is used in Unity Network Interface Device. The Unity Network ID connectivity device acquires digital data from up to eight peripheral devices, processes this data, and transmits the formatted data to the monitoring network. The data can then be displayed on a clinical information system, central station, and/or GE Medical Systems Information Technologies patient monitor. It is a circuit board which includes resistors, capacitors, connectors, diodes, transistor, IC's, ferrite bead, inductors, fuse, LED's, insulators, screws and brackets. The circuit board is 6 layers and 1.6mm thick. The board surface finish is electroless nickel or immersion gold. Board is fabricated with 0.01 inch dielectric thickness between the layers. The dielectric strength of the insulating material is maintained as 650 VRMS/MIL minimum between the layers. The package comes with a CD on PCB kit. The assembly is placed in an antistatic Ziplock bag and packaged in a box to prevent from damage during transit and labeled with product ID for easy identification.
