The lever is manufactured from a casted alloy. It has very good rigidity and strength to weight ratio property which makes it very strong and hard and also has excellent EMI and RFI shielding properties. The bracket (which is made up of a polyarylamide compound that is 50% glass-fiber reinforced) has high strength to endure the applied load. It has excellent surface gloss and creep resistance. Provisions have been given on a flange to accommodate the motor. A 12V motor is attached to drive the brake. It comes with 120mm long cable. Proper lubrication has been given to protect against friction, wear and corrosion to provide longer life. The assembly is compliant to RoHS standards.
