Product Overview
This cable assembly is used in Computed Tomography (CT) System. It comprises of 15 position D-sub connector at one end and the other end holds DVI connector (12+5) and ferrite core on either ends. The connectors comes with jack screws to connect to the system and heat shrink that provides protection from abrasion, cutting, scuffing, and low impact situations. Digital Visual Interface (DVI) is a video display interface used to connect a video source, such as a video display controller, to a display device, such as a computer monitor. Ferrite core which has a plastic body is used to suppress the electromagnetic interference (EMI). Electro-Magnetic Interference is the interference for the cable which will distort the signal and will get distorted output. So it is necessary to eliminate the interference from the cable before it reaches the destination. The cable is labeled for easy identification during installation. This part is compatible with Discovery CT750 HD, Light speed VCT, Discovery 690 Computed Tomography (CT) System.
Features
- Easy to connect and disconnect
- Flexible cable
- Stranded cable that can withstand an incredible amount of vibrations and flexing without fatiguing
- Ferrite core for EMI suppression
