The Push Action Solenoid Equipped with Diode is an assembly that is mainly used for driving the pump with precision at high speeds. This entire assembly of the solenoid is used to convert the electrical energy into high force or motion. The amount of force, which we get from the solenoid is directly proportional to the amount of electrical current applied. The force or the motion is also dependent on the air gap or the stroke of the solenoid. The entire design of the solenoid is made to produce or deliver the large force in push or pull action. It consists of heat shrink, heat shrink tubing, thermostat, nut and lock washer, in which plungers and push rods are assembled using a mechanical stacking operation. A pull force of 50 pounds or more are required to separate parts. This push action solenoid equipped with Diode and Thermal Overload Protection. All these parts are assembled together and form a complete assembly called a push action solenoid. This thermal overload protection of the solenoid is very helpful and offers protection for the motors in the event of an overload or phase failure.
