Circular Ion Nitride Cast Saw Replacement Blade (each) is in a class of its own when it comes to Cast Saw Replacement Blades. The “high-tech” process of ion (plasma) nitriding is currently, the most effective process available for maximizing cast saw blade life. It increases the surface hardness based on nitrogen diffusion into the steel blade. This results in a blade that has a very smooth surface and very little drag coefficient with a hardness factor to nearly that of diamonds. It increases the blade's usable life span, wear resistance, and/or fatigue strength and increases its corrosion resistance. It is not a coating on top of the product. These replacement blades are compatible with the DeSoutter CleanCast Saws models CC4, CC5, and CC6. Blades have an "easy-fit" pentagon mounting hole. Circular blades can be rotated up to five times to maximize their useful life. Optimal for use with POP Gypsona, Fibreglass - Deltalite/Scotchcast, Polyester Deltalite/Benicast/CellaCast.
