  • The warmer west observation light assembly comes as a part of the warmer device. Infant radiant warmers provide infrared heat in a controlled manner to neonates who are unable to thermos-regulate based on their own physiology. They may be used to facilitate the neonate’s transition to the external environment or to provide a controlled open environment. There are two observation light assemblies located in the heater head on either side of the heater dish (east and west assemblies). The lights serve as general illumination of the bed surface and can be set to the desired light intensity using the light dimmer knob located on the lower right corner of the control panel. The assembly consists of a base, tunnel, bulb retention clip and washers and weighs about 0.2 kg
