The corner cover receiver is made up of ABS GP22 - L30182 which has more impact and heat resistant. The molded color is cool gray 1C. Ejector pin marks are to be flush ± 0.010 and the gate to be flush ± 0.02. There should be no burs or sharp edges and the tolerance value is 0.009. Corner cover SW & SE is also made up of ABS GP22-L30182 material. The flash height to be 0.010 max. Ejector pin marks are to be flush ± 0.010 and the gate to be flush +0.04 / -0.02. The sticker label is made up of satin litho paper with pressure sensitive adhesive. The adhesive has a minimum shelf life of 365 days. The ink color used should be opaque.
