The Kit Exhalation Valve Heater is a specially designed assembly intended for use in CARESCAPE® R860 ventilator. The exhalation valve heater assembly with shielded cable assembly is used to prevent moisture from condensing in the expiratory flow sensor when a humidifier is used in the ventilator. The part consists of exhalation valve heater cover, four conductor 30 AWG shielded cable, bend relief, orient plug connector, multi-language label and instruction manual. The heater cover is made of high quality polyphenylsulfone material that has excellent chemical resistance and better impact resistance capability, which makes it well suited for many medical applications. The products high quality material helps to offer a reliable operation, efficient functioning and longer life span. The part can be used as a field replacement unit during servicing and maintenance.
