The Wire Harness Warmer Scale Interconnect is a custom designed cable assembly intended for use in Panda® iResand and Giraffe® Warmer incubators and other medical equipment as applicable. The cable assembly used for connecting the scale assembly to the power control board. The cable composition is made of seven conductor with gray PVC insulation that have 28 AWG wires enclosed in the PVC jacket. The cable assembly is sealed with heat shrink at the connector ends. The assembly consists of an 8 position ODU dock female straight panel mount connectors with dust cover at one end and 8 positions stackable single row connector at the other end. The cable insulation material is fire retardant and has good flexibility, which makes it well suited for many medical applications. The assembly is RoHS compliant and approved for todays safety standards. The product is tested to work at extreme atmospheric conditions.
