The Tilt Knob is specially designed to use with Giraffe™ Hybrid and Giraffe™ Incubator systems. It is present in the controller system of an Incubator, to adjust the mattress tilt angle which is continuously variable. The tilt knob is made up from Ultraform N2320-003, which is 95% natural with 5% Ultraform silicon additive. The Ultraform N 2320 003 is a rapidly freezing general-purpose injection-molding Polyoxymethylene (POM) grade. It contains a mold release agent. The injection molding manufacturing process provides a high flexibility to the design. The knob is in light gray color with SPI-B2 surface finish, which offers a non-glossy surface finish provided with the paper polish. The flash height should be 0.004" (maximum). It is filled with two layers of paint, in which layer 1 is in off-white color with 10:1 ratio (White 000/Black 100) while layer 2 is in 45:0.4, 0.6, 0.1 ratio (White 000/Black 100/Yellow PMS 7406/Red PMS 199) respectively.
