The Nylon Washer is made up of Nylatron which is a trademark of Quadrant, is a Nylon 6/6 and Nylon MDS blend that is self-lubricating and therefore has very low surface friction. When require spacing components that are non-metal, notably wear-resistant, and suitable for use in heavy duty applications, Nylatron washers may be one of the more suitable options among nylon-plastic based spacers. We stamp these washers from genuine Nylatron and offer them in a wide range of dimensions and thicknesses.
