The Fan Kit is assembled over upper chassis of an incubator. This fan is compatible with any incubator. It is a low noise fan which does not create significant noise during operation. With a noise reduction of 10dBa in the micro-environment of the incubator, it optimizes infant comfort. It works in motors and alarms in order to reduce the heat created by the device. The fan kit consists of the fan assembly and cleaning instruction. The fan assembly consists of an impeller and ring. The fan is made of Polyone™ ABS, which has good impact resistance, dimensional stability and toughness. The weight is reduced, and it is very flexible. All burs and sharp edges are removed. The cleaning instructions or documentation provide instructions that are to be followed for the maintenance and replacement of fans, service manuals also provided. The fan comes as a part of MIC Giraffe™ OmniBed and MS CARESCAPE™ Monitor B650.
