The Giraffe™ Incubator Carestation uses the Relay Board Kit, which consists of a relay board, warmer harness, an adapter, instruction manual, envelope with fuse, and an anti-static pad foam. The relay board includes 2 safety relays which close to supply mains power to the heater and motor circuits. Board assembly revision number is placed on the board for readability. The envelope consists of 2 replaceable fuses with the mark on the top as ""250V"". It is the combination of 3.15 amp fuse with 230 volts (15A/230V)1amp fuse (or) 2 amp fuse with 120 volts (2A/120V). These fuses are not orderable individually. It also includes an adhesive backed label in orange background with the letters and symbols printed on a black color. Kits have a wire harness to transmit signals from the relay board. Anti-static polyurethane foam is included to provide controlled dissipation of electro-static charges emitted from other neighboring materials during assembly and shipment of the product. It is recommended to fill the void using bubble wrap as required. This overall assembly is enclosed in a corrugated box with 200lbs burst strength to ensure safety during shipping and handling.
