The Environment Sensor Assembly consists of a sensor housing, thermistors, connector contacts and wiring. The environment sensor is available in the hood of the incubator. The sensor is used to sense the temperature in incubator and notes the slightest changes in temperature. The sensor is covered by a housing which is made up of GE Noryl™ N190, which has a high heat resistance and high dielectric strength. Assembly has four different types of wires in different colors. Wires are connected to housing and connector contacts at the ends. Sensor has the thermistor whose resistance varies depending upon the temperature that provides accurate readings.
