OEM#: 1503-8121-000DIAPHRAGM ASSEMBLY FOR EXHALATION VALVE by Datex-Ohmeda
Not For Export Out Of US
The Diaphragm Assembly Exhalation Valve BCG is a diaphragm assembly that is a disc shaped component which is used in exhalation valve for controlling air pressure. It allows the valve to start or stop the process. The assembly consists of disk control side, disk drive side, O-rings, screw and nut. The elastomeric diaphragm with pressure disks on both sides is designed to be the only moving part in the exhalation valve. This diaphragm assembly is designed to operate in an air, oxygen, anesthetic agent and patient exhalation by-product environment without service, except for cleaning and sterilization. This assembly is designed to have a minimum service life of 1 year or 50 autoclave cycles. The number of close/open/close cycles is estimated to be 1,200,000 to 1 year of service. The minimum shelf life is 5 years.
- Compatible with air, anesthetic agents, patient exhalation by-product, and cleaning agents
- Highly resistant to chemicals at high temperatures
- Improved flexibility
- Used for low pressure sensitivity
- Compliant to DIN 7985 A A2 M3X8 and DIN 985 A2/M3
