The Valve Housing Assembly is a custom designed part for use in EZchange canister module of Breathing Circuit Gas (BCG) system in an anesthesia machine. The assembly consists of valve bypass beveled, cap valve housing, seat bypass pressure casting and stainless steel compression valve tapered spring. It is made up of a high quality Solvey® Radel® R-5100 Polyphenyl Sulfone (PPSU) thermoplastic material. It has excellent chemical resistance and is a flame resistant, which makes it well suited for many medical applications. The injection molding manufacturing process helps to achieve good product consistency and high dimensional accuracy, which helps ensure a precise fit of the part in the required assembly. The valve assembly is used in many anesthesia machines such as ARC Aespire View, ARC Aespire 7900, ARC Aisys, 9100c, ARC Airway Gas Module and ARC Tec 7 Vaporizer.
