The Manifold Y AGSS Breathing Circuit Gas (BCG) is a “Y” manifold that comes as a part of the Anesthetic Gas Scavenging System (AGSS) module of Breathing Circuit Gas (BCG) in an anesthesia delivery machine. The gases that are exhaled from the patient and excess fresh gas from the bellows transfer from the exhalation valve to the AGSS module and are scavenged so that the patient or any medical personnel do not breathe them. The manifold is provided in the upper chassis of the BCG, where AGSS is held. It is a transfer system. It splits the gases to either the active/passive gas scavenging interface or towards the main manifold. It provides an efficient performance despite coming into contact with the gases that are less than 300 psi. It comes as a part of various medical devices such as iVent 201 Gray, S/5 Aestiva 7100, 7900 and MRI, Aestiva Gold Seal, S/5 LM (Light Monitor) and Aestiva/5 7100 Comp Rail MT Configuration.
Additional Features:
- Does not contain any dust, dirt, oils, grease, lint, fibers, paper, rust, chips, cleaning solutions, corrosive products, tarnish, machining coolants and other foreign material
- Sealing surface does not contain any voids, nicks, tears and other imperfections
- Food and Drug Administration (FDA) food grade certified color
- Good corrosion resistance
