Suction and Humidifier Mounting is used in arm post in ARC Aisys and ARC Aespire 7900 machines. The part is mainly used to mount suction canisters. The mounting has to be supported by bracket installed in the arm. The suction bar, suction post, receiver block and EU rail are all made up of up of high quality aluminum alloys 6063-T6 and 6061-T6 respectively. 99% of the material composition is common for both the alloys. It offers excellent corrosion resistance and good tensile strength which makes it well suited for many medical applications. It has good elastic, elongation and fatigue strength at a wide operating range. Suction mounting holds the arm assembly with a suction block, suction bar, post suction, receiver block, plate spacer, EU rail block, bushing and suitable screws.
