Hybrid Format – Online Course Followed by Hands-On Training:
Technicians will complete six weeks of online instruction, averaging 3-8 hours per week including a 1-hour webinar, followed by a week of hands-on training at the HTM Training Center of Excellence in Hudson, Ohio. This format allows for theoretical knowledge paired with practical application of skills in a supported setting.
