This kit includes all parts necessary to replace back actuator of a Brewer Assist Power Procedure Table. Make sure power cord is disconnected from the electrical outlet when removing/installing main control box wires.

  • Two 3/8 x .812 flat washers
  • Four screw covers
  • Four button plugs
