The kit includes the actuator, an on/off harness, a cable tie clip, a 5/32 Allen wrench, four upholstery screws, four back shroud screws, a decorative button removal tool, four decorative buttons, two headrest screws, three 4" cable ties, two 7 1/2" cable ties and four 11" cable ties. Always disconnect the power cord from the wall outlet before performing service on the table to prevent electrical shock.
