Streamlined Order Tracking
  • Easy Access: You can effortlessly track your orders by navigating directly to the Orders section within the My Account menu.
  • "Only Me" Toggle: This feature allows you to selectively view your own orders, enhancing data privacy. Managers, however, benefit from organizational oversight.
  • Order Status Tabs: Orders are organized into clear tabs for easy tracking: 
    • Awaiting Approval: For orders pending approval.
    • Ship: For orders that have been shipped.
    • Delivered: For recent deliveries.
  • Order History: Delivered orders automatically move to your order history after two business days, keeping your current view clean.
  • Advanced History Tools: Your Order History includes powerful filtering tools, customizable columns, and the ability to export data to Excel for in-depth analysis.
Repair & Service Tracking
  • Depot Repair Tracking: This integrates seamlessly with your order management, using the same permission controls as parts orders.
  • On-Demand Repairs: Track every stage of the repair process, from initiation to delivery, using various workflow tabs.
  • Prepaid Shipping Labels: Depot repairs include prepaid shipping labels, which automatically trigger tracking updates, improving logistical efficiency.
  • On-Site Service Visibility: Gain comprehensive visibility into your service requests and monitor their progress through structured workflow tabs.

Order Tracking Navigation 

  • Access through the My Account menu → Orders in the upper right corner of the screen.

Permission-Based Visibility Controls  

  • "Only Me" toggle switch controls whether users see only their orders or the entire organization's orders, beneficial for managers and centralized administrators.

Order Status Tabs Structure 

  • Awaiting Approval tab displays orders pending manager approval (organization-dependent feature).
  • Order tab shows placed but unshipped orders with the View Details option.
  • Ship tab displays shipped orders with tracking information and carrier website links.
  • Deliver tab shows orders delivered within the past two business days with check-in and return options.

Order History Management  

  • After two business days, delivered orders move to the order history accessible via the "View All Orders" link.

Advanced Order History Features  

  • Complete history viewing with on-screen filtering tools, column customization via the Settings icon, and Excel export capability.

Depot Repair Tracking  

  • Accessed through the My Account menu → Repairs with the same permission controls as parts orders.

Depot Repair Workflow Tabs  

  • Initiated tab for placed but unsent repair orders.
  • Shipped Outbound tab for sent but vendor-unreceived repairs.
  • Evaluating tab for vendor assessment phase (Flat Rate orders skip this).
  • Quoted tab for repair quotes with accept/decline options (Flat Rate orders skip this).
  • Repairing tab for active vendor work.
  • Shipping Inbound tab with carrier tracking for completed repairs.
  • Delivered tab for repairs received within the past two business days.

Prepaid Shipping Integration   

  • All depot repairs include prepaid labels mapped to PartSource for automatic tracking updates.

On-Demand Service Tracking    

  • Accessed through the My Account menu → On-site service with organizational visibility controls.

On-Site Service Workflow Tabs   

  • Initiated tab for placed but unquoted service orders.
  • Quoted tab for service network quotes with review and accept/decline options.
  • Awaiting Approval tab for orders pending manager approval (organization-dependent).
  • Open Service Event tab for scheduled/in-progress services with completion date information.
  • Work Completed tab for finished on-demand services.

Service Provider Details   

  • View Details option provides information about assigned service providers for on-demand services.
