Managing Returns & Exchanges with PartSource

• You can only initiate a return for delivered orders. To do so, navigate to My Account > Orders > Delivered. Here, you'll enter the part details and reason for the return, then click 'Initiate Return' to begin the process. Our support team will follow up if any additional information is needed. Once approved, a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) is created, and the item will appear on your Exchanges and Returns screen.

• Visibility Control: The 'Only Me' toggle lets you choose between viewing your personal return information or organizational data.
• Prepaid Shipping: All returns come with prepaid shipping labels linked to PartSource for easy tracking and order updates, simplifying logistics.
• Exchange Specifics: For exchange purchases, it's crucial to return the original items promptly to avoid extra billing fees. Exchange cards provide clear due date information and detailed views, similar to the returns process, ensuring full transparency.

PartSource Returns Management Process 

• Returns and exchanges are highlighted through the Alerts and Notifications bar on the PartSource homepage for easy access.
• Returns can only be initiated from orders with a delivered status through the My Account > Orders > Delivered tab pathway.
• Return initiation requires entering part information and return reason with on-screen prompts, followed by clicking 'Initiate Return'.
• Support team provides follow-up communication if additional information is needed for return processing.
• RGA (Return Goods Authorization) creation occurs after return approval, adding items to the Exchanges and Returns screen.
  

Access and Permissions Management  

• Multiple access points available: Alerts and Notifications bar, Returns button, or My Account menu > Exchanges and Returns.

• Exchange purchases require timely return of the original parts/devices to avoid additional billing charges.
