All MedUltra Comfort mattresses come with a double thickness top layer of revolutionary Viscotech memory foam along with a Nymed polyurethane coated healthcare nylon top, 210 denier; soft never brittle, and a Vynmed healthcare polyurethane coated vinyl bottom making this ultimate mattress perfect for an exceptional night of rest. All of our mattresses meet California Technical Bulletin 121 and 16CFR part 1633 fire test requirement.
