CUSTOM WORKFLOW DASHBOARDS

Workflow management goes beyond the approving manager to include multiple approval levels and optimized dashboards for purchasing managers and administrators. Now, a team member or purchasing administrator who creates POs can have a customized dashboard. Regardless of the sophistication and steps involved in an approval process, this representative can be the last step of the workflow to input a PO number and complete the purchase.

As always, ePartsFinder can fully automate your approval process by role or dollar threshold with notifications and intuitive workflow.


PURCHASE ORDER NUMBER ON LABELS

To ensure deliveries arrive directly to your department, the PO number can be automatically added on the attention line. This update creates another space for your PO number to be displayed for easy package recognition at the shipping and receiving dock at your facility. If you do not want this feature enabled, the PO number can be easily removed with a click of a checkbox.

BACKORDER ETA UPDATE

Use the “My Orders” screen to stay up to date on all your orders; now including backorder ETA information. We understand backordered parts are frustrating and are continually working with OEMs and suppliers to ensure in-stock items. However, when items are backordered from our suppliers, we want to give you as much information as possible to know when to expect your order. Check the “My Orders” screen often, as the backorder ETA date will display in real-time.


UNIT OF MEASURE

To continuously improve your shopping experience, unit of measure is listed after the product description. Whether the item is sold “each,” a 2/pack, or a case of 12, you will have this information at your fingertips in the product description to remove any questions about the quantities in an order.
