Good morning Brian, I felt it necessary to send a little info regarding Nicole Bellino’s handling our institutions needs. we have been dealing with Parts Source approximately 7 years now, we started with Mike Wade and ventured through to Lindsey Wolf, both by the way were excellent, and now Nicole, for her short time in this industry she has achieved a remarkable level of business sense in the Medical equipment industry, when we request an item she is unrelenting in locating it, the most recent is a Siemens CT collimator which is on its was and installation with it, pricing easy to the budget that’s fantastic, she has outdone herself this time, not to mention if she cannot find an item she calls immediately and informs me, which as you know limits my downtime and that to me is Key, as a former manager I firmly believe any individual who excels in performance should be recognized for it and if Parts Source has an "Employee of the Month" program I think Nicole should be nominated for it.

I started working at Lake Regional in April of 07, starting June of 07, I began purchasing some parts through Steve Raz of PartsSource. Over the course of the last several months, we have realized a cost savings of $11,500. In addition to the cost savings, the customer service provided by Steve has been outstanding.
