of key assets of Precise Optics (Bayshore, NY). "Precise
Optics has developed a very loyal customer following in
the medical and industrial imaging communities the past 50
years,” said Allie Baylock, Managing Director, North American
Imaging. “Similar to our acquisition of Five Star Imaging
in 2009, this acquisition of key assets is a great addition
to NAI. Precise Optics’ engineering expertise and imaging
products complement NAI’s, allowing us to better meet the
needs of all our imaging customers."

Houston/Thales image intensifiers and successfully
developed numerous custom systems for end-users as well
as original equipment manufacturers," Baylock continued.
